Every poster and framed print is printed to order by our print partner, Gelato, in or near the country you are in, then sent straight to you.
Where we deliver
Ireland, the United Kingdom, every EU country, the United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery is included in the price.
How long it takes

Surname maps include a check by us before printing, so allow a day or two more around holidays. If an order will be later than 30 days, we will tell you, and you can cancel it for a full refund.
Packaging
Posters are rolled in a tube. Framed prints are sent flat in protective packaging and may need the hanging hardware fitted.
Customs and import charges
Because we print in the region we deliver to, you should not have to pay customs or import charges. If you are ever asked to pay them on an order from us, email us and we will refund them.
If it arrives damaged or does not arrive
Email maps@botzone.ai with your order number, and a photo if it is damaged. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
