Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, email maps@botzone.ai with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. This applies to every product, including surname maps and digital downloads, and does not affect your other legal rights.

Surname maps: no change-of-mind returns

Each surname map is drawn and printed for the name you give us, so the law's 14 day cancellation right does not apply to it. Faulty or damaged maps are covered as above.

"Ireland, 1841 against today": 14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered. Tell us by email that you want to cancel; you do not have to give a reason. You can use the form below if you like.

Then send the print back to us within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging if you can. We will email you the return address. You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund the full price you paid, including delivery, within 14 days of getting the print back (or proof that you have sent it), to the card you paid with.

Digital downloads

At checkout you ask us to send your download straight away, and agree that you lose the 14 day cancellation right once we do. After that, a download cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a file is faulty or will not open, we will fix it or refund you.

Gift vouchers

You can cancel a gift voucher within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as it has not been used.
